Cleveland Browns pass rusher Myles Garrett made his regular-season debut on Sunday, and sacked New York Jets quarterback Josh McCown on his first play.
The No. 1 overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft missed the first four games of the season due to a high ankle sprain. He was introduced with the starters Sunday, but did not get onto the field until third down of the Jets’ opening possession.
Garrett came inside guard James Carpenter and dropped McCown for an 8-yard loss.
Garrett is expected to play limited snaps as the Browns work him back into game shape.
