Running back Madre London, who rushed for 924 yards in three seasons with Michigan State, plans to play for Tennessee this year as a graduate transfer.

London wrote on his Twitter account, "With much consideration, I have officially committed to the University of Tennessee. #GoVols #RockyTop"

The Volunteers' leading returning rusher, sophomore-to-be Ty Chandler, gained 305 yards last season.

London was stuck behind LJ Scott on the Spartans' depth chart. Last season, Scott, then a junior, ran for 898 yards and eight touchdowns on 201 carries. London produced 304 yards and three TDs on 83 carries.

London's best season in East Lansing came as a freshman in 2015, when he amassed 500 yards and three touchdowns on 119 carries.
