Ohio State quarterback Tate Martell has narrowed his transfer targets to West Virginia, Miami and Louisville, according to a published report Monday.
As a redshirt freshman, Martell completed 23 of 28 passes for 269 yards with one touchdown and zero interceptions. The dual-threat signal-caller also rushed 22 times for 128 yards and two scores.
Martell visited West Virginia on Sunday and was expected to visit Miami on Monday and Louisville on Wednesday, according to 247Sports. The Hurricanes were also scheduled to meet with Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts.
If Martell does leave Columbus, he would have to sit out the 2019 season or request a waiver from the NCAA.
