Astralis roll over AVANGAR to win Berlin Major

Astralis picked up its third straight major title on Sunday, beating AVANGAR 2-0 in the grand final of the StarLadder Berlin Major.

Astralis, who won London 2018 last September and Katowice 2019 in March, will take home $500,000 for the first-place finish.

AVANGAR, a Kazakhstan outfit that earned the No. 5 seed, pockets $150,000 for the runner-up finish.

On the first map, Inferno, Astralis jumped ahead 12-3 before cruising to the 16-6 victory.

Astralis, from Denmark, quickly took the lead on the second map, Dust 2, as well. They jumped ahead 11-4 before rolling to the 16-5 victory and the title.
