Baltimore Orioles starter Dean Kremer left after taking a comebacker off his right arm in the fourth inning against the Colorado Rockies on Saturday.
Jordan Beck’s line drive hit Kremer and ricocheted to shortstop Gunnar Henderson for a forceout. Kremer’s arm just above his wrist swelled and he was removed from the game.
Keegan Akin relieved Kremer, who allowed four runs on six hits in 3 1/3 innings.
