Right-hander Aaron Nola and the Philadelphia Phillies reached a tentative agreement on a seven-year, $172 million contract, MLB.com reported Sunday.
Per the report, Nola will undergo a physical later Sunday before the deal is finalized.
Nola, 30, posted a 12-9 record with a 4.46 ERA in 32 starts last season.
An All-Star in 2018, Nola owns a 90-71 mark with a 3.72 ERA in 235 career starts since being selected by the Phillies with the seventh overall pick of the MLB draft in 2014.
