Cleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen and guard Darius Garland are questionable to play in Sunday’s home game against the Memphis Grizzlies.
Allen sustained a sprained finger on his right hand and Garland is dealing with a bruised left hip following Cleveland’s lopsided 142-105 rout of the New York Knicks on Friday.
Allen, 26, is averaging 13.6 points and 10.4 rebounds in 56 games (all starts) this season. He has yet to miss a game this season for the Eastern Conference-leading Cavaliers (46-10), who have won six in a row and 10 of their past 11 games.
An All-Star in 2021-22, Allen is averaging 12.8 points and 9.3 boards in 542 career games (477 starts) with the Brooklyn Nets and Cavaliers.
Garland, 25, is averaging 21.3 points and a team-leading 6.7 assists in 54 games this season.
A two-time All-Star, Garland is averaging 18.9 points and 6.7 assists in 361 career games (357 starts) with the Cavaliers.
