The NBA announced Monday that the Washington Wizards-Detroit Pistons makeup date will be March 7, a move that also necessitated the rescheduling of two other games around it.
The Washington-Detroit game, originally scheduled for last Wednesday, was postponed when the host Pistons were stuck in Dallas due to a winter storm.
The league also changed the dates of two other games to ensure that neither the Pistons nor Wizards would be forced to play three consecutive days.
The Milwaukee Bucks at Washington game, previously scheduled for March 6, has been rescheduled to March 5. Also, the Portland Trail Blazers at Detroit game, previously scheduled for March 7, has been rescheduled to March 6.
