Denver Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon left Monday night’s home matchup against the Toronto Raptors with a right calf strain and won’t return to the game.
Gordon left the court and walked on his own to the locker room with 7:44 left in the first quarter. He was initially listed as questionable but was ruled out at halftime.
Before exiting, Gordon scored three points and added an assist in four minutes.
The 12-year veteran, in his fifth season with Denver, came in averaging 17.5 points, 7.8 rebounds and 3.5 assists in six games this season.
Denver was already without star guard Jamal Murray (concussion protocol), who missed his second game on Monday after being injured on Friday.
