Houston Rockets forward Dillon Brooks has to put $25,000 in the NBA’s swear jar.
The league fined Brooks on Wednesday for using profane language during a live television interview.
His remarks came during an on-court interview at the conclusion of the Rockets’ 114-112 victory over the host Boston Celtics on Monday night at TD Garden.
Brooks, 29, scored a season-high 36 points against the Celtics. He is averaging 13.3 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 43 games (all starts) this season.
