FC Dallas announced the signing Monday of 17-year-old Romanian winger Enes Sali to a four-year contract.
The deal includes a one-year club option and is part of the MLS U-22 Initiative. He will occupy an international roster slot.
Sali played the past two seasons at FCV Farul Constanta in the SuperLiga, Romania’s top flight. At 15, he became the youngest goal scorer in that circuit’s history. He tallied four goals and two assists in 56 appearances.
Internationally, he became the youngest player to make his Romanian national team debut at 15 in a November 2021 World Cup qualifier against Liechtenstein.
