Sporting Kansas City transferred homegrown defender Kayden Pierre to Belgian top-flight side KRC Genk, the MLS club announced Wednesday.
SKC received a reported fee of more than $1 million, plus a future sell-on percentage for the 21-year-old right back.
Pierre, a Michigan native, made his MLS debut in 2022 and recorded two assists in 27 matches (16 starts).
