Team Liquid and Spacestation Gaming closed out Week 6 of the regular-season round robin with victories on Sunday in the Overwatch Champions Series 2025 — North America Stage 2.
Team Liquid swept DhillDucks 3-0, while Spacestation Gaming defeated Extinction 3-1.
The tournament, played online, featured eight teams. The regular-season round robin concluded on Sunday, with six qualifying teams heading to the double-elimination regional playoffs June 21-29.
The top three teams will advance to the Midseason Championship and North America Stage 3. The prize money has yet to be determined.
Team Liquid, which finished third, posted consecutive wins over DhillDucks on Oasis Control (2-0), Circuit Royal Escort (3-1) and King’s Row Hybrid (2-1). Team Liquid’s American Boston “Infekted” Fine was named MVP.
Fourth-place Spacestation Gaming opened with wins on Ilios Control (2-0) and Circuit Royal Escort (1-0) before Extinction prevailed 144.86m-30.92m on Runasapi Push. Spacestation Gaming then sealed the win 3-1 on New Junk City Flashpoint. South Korea’s Kim “Kellan” Min-jae of Spacestation Gaming took home MVP honors.
