Immanuel Quickley made two 3-pointers in the final 3:17 Sunday and the Toronto Raptors defeated the visiting Brookly Nets 119-109 for their seventh straight win.

Quickley scored eight of his 13 points in the fourth to help fend off the Nets, who had come back to tie the game.

Scottie Barnes led eight Raptors in double figures with 17 points. RJ Barrett scored 16 before limping to the dressing room with 7:15 left in the third quarter; he did not return with a right knee sprain.

Toronto rested center Jakob Poeltl (back) on the front end of a back-to-back. Sandro Mamukelashvili started for him and scored 12 points.

Ja’Kobe Walter had 16 points off the bench, Brandon Ingram scored 14 and Gradey Dick had 12 while Jamal Shead scored 11.

Reserve Tyrese Martin scored 26 points and Michael Porter Jr. had 25 points for the Nets. Noah Clowney added 22 points and Nic Claxton had 10 points and 11 rebounds.

Toronto took a five-point lead into the fourth quarter, but it was tied at 94 on Martin’s 3-pointer with 9:16 to play. They traded baskets and wound up tied again at 104 with 4:19 remaining.

Shead made a pair of free throws to put Toronto ahead with 3:59 to go. After Claxton missed a shot, Quickley buried a 3-pointer to bump the margin to five with 3:17 to play. Quickley made another 3, and Mamukelashvili’s tip-in capped a 10-0 run with two minutes remaining.

The Raptors opened the game on a 12-0 run. Brooklyn fought back to tie the game at 14 on Clowney’s floater with 5:43 remaining in the quarter. Toronto took a 34-28 advantage into the first intermission.

Toronto scored the first five points of the second quarter, but Porter’s layup whittled the margin to six with 6:47 left. Ingram’s corner 3-pointer restored the 11-point lead with 3:04 left, and Toronto soon led 65-58 at halftime.

The Raptors again had a strong start and opened the third quarter with a 5-0 burst. Again the Nets battled back with a 15-4 surge by winning the battles for rebounds, cutting the margin to one.
