Kyle Schwarber and Bryce Harper hit back-to-back homers in the first inning, part of a two-homer day for Schwarber, and the host Philadelphia Phillies beat the Colorado Rockies 6-0 on Sunday.

Schwarber finished with three hits and Brandon Marsh had four singles for Philadelphia, which has won 10 of 13 since Don Mattingly was named interim manager on April 28.

Cristopher Sanchez (4-2) pitched seven strong innings, scattering six hits and striking out seven to stretch his shutout streak to 21 1/3 innings. He hasn’t allowed a run since the first inning against San Francisco on April 30, and has won his last two starts.

Ezequiel Tovar had two hits for Colorado.

Rockies starter Tomoyuki Sugano struck out Trea Turner to begin the bottom of the first inning but Schwarber hit an 0-1 pitch 432 feet to dead center to give the Phillies the lead. Harper followed with a homer into the Philadelphia bullpen, his 10th of the season.

The Phillies tacked onto the lead in the second inning. Bryson Stott led off with a double, Alec Bohm walked and Stott stole third and scored when catcher Hunter Goodman’s throw was off, allowing Bohm to take second.

Bohm later scored on Turner’s sacrifice fly, and Schwarber made it 5-0 with his second homer of the day and 16th of the season. He tied New York Yankees star Aaron Judge for the major league lead.

Sugano (3-3) settled down to pitch five innings, allowing five runs on seven hits.

Philadelphia added to its lead in the sixth against reliever Seth Halvorsen. Marsh led off with a single, went to second on a groundout and third on a flyout, eventually scoring on Bohm’s single.

Colorado had chances against Sanchez. Tovar and Jake McCarthy led off the third with consecutive singles but Jordan Beck lined out and Sanchez fanned Tyler Freeman and Goodman to strand the runners.

The Rockies threatened again in the seventh when Mickey Moniak and Tovar singled to put runners on with two outs, but Sanchez got McCarthy to end the inning and wrap up his day.
