Jonathan Aranda blasted a three-run homer in the 10th inning to lift the Tampa Bay Rays to a 6-3 win against the Texas Rangers on Saturday evening in Arlington, Texas.

The Rays had runners on the corners with one out off closer Jacob Latz (3-2) when Aranda lifted a two-strike slider over the fence in right-center field for a 6-3 lead.

Junior Caminero and Richie Palacios also homered in the third game of the four-game series, and Liam Hicks had two hits and an RBI for Tampa Bay (85-57), which has won two in a row.

Tampa Bay starter Drew Rasmussen limited the Rangers to one run and three hits over seven innings. The right-hander struck out seven and didn’t walk a batter.

Tyler Wells (4-2) pitched a scoreless ninth and 10th to earn the win.

Rangers right-hander Jacob deGrom allowed two runs and four hits over six innings. He struck out seven and walked one.

Joc Pederson and Evan Carter homered for the Rangers (70-73), who have lost three of four.

Caminero came up with two outs in the first and homered over the left-center field fence to give the Rays a 1-0 lead. It was his 38th home run of the season, taking over the American League lead.

In the fifth, deGrom got two quick outs before Palacios turned on a 2-0 sinker left up in the zone and pulled it over the fence in right for a solo home run that made it 2-0.

Palacios also homered in a 7-6 win against the Rangers on Friday night.

Rasmussen mostly cruised through the first five innings before Pederson dinged him with one out in the sixth, pulling a 79-mph first-pitch curveball just inside the right-field foul pole to cut it to 2-1.

The Rays rallied with two outs in the eighth off Jakob Junis, getting three straight singles from Aranda, Caminero and Hicks to extend the lead to 3-1.

Carter got a run back in the bottom half of the inning when he greeted reliever Kevin Kelly with a leadoff home run to cut it to 3-2.

The inning continued with a one-out single from Danny Jansen. Pinch runner Cam Cauley scored from first when pinch hitter Justin Foscue doubled into the left-center field gap off new reliever Cam Booser to tie it 3-3.
