G2 rallied to defeat BetBoom Team, overcoming a 13-7 loss on Mirage with a 16-13 victory on Anubis and a 13-7 win on Ancient. Guy “NertZ” Iluz of Israel fueled G2’s triumph with a match-high 58 kills.
Legacy sandwiched a 13-10 win on Nuke and a 16-14 victory on Inferno around MIBR’s 13-11 decision on Ancient. Brazil’s Bruno “latto” Rebelatto led the charge for Legacy with a match-high 60 kills.
Sunday’s champion will earn $300,000 — $165,000 for the player prize and $135,000 for the team share.
