The Bears are being backed by 64 percent of the total handle to win the Big 12 Conference title at BetRivers. The next closest odds to win the Big 12 belong to Kansas at +335, followed by West Virginia (+700) and Texas (+800).

Houston failed to win the American Athletic Conference regular-season championship, but the Cougars are the -125 betting favorite to win the conference tourney at BetRivers. Houston is being backed by 59 percent of the handle compared Wichita State (+200) with 16 percent.

Can Duke Make Improbable Run?

A lot of eyes will be on the ACC tournament, where Duke might need to reach at least the title game to earn a spot in the NCAA Tournament.

While Virginia is the narrow pre-tournament favorite at +225 over Florida State (+260), the Blue Devils are +5000 to survive a five-game gauntlet in order secure the ACC’s automatic bid. That places Duke in a tie for eighth among the conference’s 15 teams, along with Syracuse.

Michigan (+175) enters as the Big Ten tournament favorite ahead of Iowa (+425), while Oregon (+175) is the Pac-12 favorite and Alabama (+220) is favored in the SEC.

The tightest race is in the Big East, where Connecticut (+220) is a narrow favorite over Creighton (+275) and Villanova (+295).

Gonzaga remains the slight favorite at +250 by BetRivers to win the NCAA Tournament. Baylor is being offered by +275, followed by Michigan (+450). The next-shortest odds belong to Oklahoma State at +1300.
