Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green is targeting Week 10 for his season debut.
Per NFL Network’s Omar Ruiz, Green said that the ankle injury he sustained in July is progressing to the point that he is hopeful of making his season debut following the Week 9 bye for the Nov. 10 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens.
The seven-time Pro Bowl wideout was limited to nine games last season as he underwent toe surgery. All systems were go in the preseason for Green until he injured his ankle and required surgery.
Green, 31, has collected 602 receptions for 8,907 yards and 63 touchdowns in 111 games since the Bengals selected him fourth overall in the 2011 NFL Draft.
