Ehlinger completed 65.2 percent of his passes for 3,663 yards and 32 touchdowns in 13 games in 2019. He also was the second-leading rusher for the Longhorns, running for 663 yards and seven touchdowns.
The quarterback led Texas to the Big 12 championship game in 2018, a loss to Oklahoma, but the Longhorns struggled this season, finishing 8-5 (5-4 Big 12). They defeated No. 11 Utah in the Alamo Bowl, and Ehlinger was the game’s MVP after throwing for 201 yards and three touchdowns and running for another score. –Field Level Media (@FieldLevelMedia)
