Timeless, Spacestation Gaming open Overwatch Champions Series with wins

Timeless and Spacestation Gaming opened play in the 2025 Overwatch Champions Series North America with wins on Friday.

Timeless topped Team Liquid 3-0, with Spacestation Gaming taking out NTMR 3-1.

The $100,000 tournament, played online, features eight teams. The regular-season round robin will conclude Feb. 23, with six qualifying teams then heading to the double-elimination regional playoffs. The first-place team will take home $30,000.

The opening round continues Saturday with three matches: Amplify vs. Avidity, Shikigami vs. Rad, and Timeless vs. NTMR.
