The Minnesota Wild recalled rookie defenseman Daemon Hunt and forward Jake Lucchini from Iowa of the American Hockey League on Tuesday.Lucchini, 28, was recalled under emergency conditions. He played in 11 games in 2022-23 with the Ottawa Senators, recording one power-play goal in 11 games. He has played one NHL game this season, on Saturday against the Boston Bruins, for the Wild, who signed him as a free agent to a one-year, two-way contract in July.Hunt, 21, made his NHL debut with the Wild on Oct. 27 at the Washington Capitals, and has one assist in nine games. Minnesota selected him in the third round (65th overall) of the 2020 NHL Draft.--Field Level Media
