Colton Cowser had three hits, including a home run, and drove in four runs to help the visiting Baltimore Orioles to a 12-1 win against the Los Angeles Dodgers in the rubber game of their three-game series on Sunday afternoon.

Taylor Ward singled, homered and scored three runs, Blaze Alexander had three hits, including a home run, Pete Alonso blasted a three-run shot, and Gunnar Henderson had two hits and scored two runs for the Orioles, who have won two in a row.

Orioles right-hander Brandon Young (6-2) went five innings, allowing one run and five hits while striking out five and walking two.

Dodgers starter Emmet Sheehan (3-5) allowed six runs and eight hits in 3 1/3 innings. He struck out four and walked three.

The Dodgers have lost two in a row for first time since a four-game skid May 9-12

The Orioles loaded the bases with no outs in the first on a single, double and a walk.

After a mound visit, Samuel Basallo hit a one-hopper through the right side that scored Ward for a 1-0 lead.

Sheehan struck out Coby Mayo on a 3-2 check swing, but Cowser looped an opposite-field single to shallow left to make it 2-0.

Los Angeles got a run back in its half of the first after Shohei Ohtani led off with a walk and Freddie Freeman singled to right with one out. Max Muncy then lined an opposite-field single to left with two outs, scoring Ohtani to cut it to 2-1.

Ward hit his fourth home run of the season with one out in the second to make it 3-1. Cowser homered to center with one out in the third for a 4-1 lead.

Sheehan didn’t make it out of the fourth after walking two of the first three batters. Jack Dreyer entered and struck out the first batter he faced, but surrendered a walk and a two-run single to Cowser to stretch the advantage to 6-1.

Back-to-back one-out doubles by Alexander and No. 9 hitter Jeremiah Jackson in the seventh made it 7-1.

Alonso then went the other way for a three-run homer to right and it was 10-1.

Alexander hit a two-run homer in the eighth to make it 12-1.
