Defender Emily Fox has re-signed with Arsenal, the club confirmed on Thursday.
A member of the United States Women’s National Team, Fox originally joined Arsenal in January of 2024. Per multiple outlets, the new contract is a three-year deal.
In her first season with the club, she helped Arsenal win the League Cup and added the Champions League title shortly thereafter.
In addition to adding a FIFA Women’s Champions Cup championship last season, the 28-year-old Fox has starred for the United States in international play. Her stint has resulted in a gold medal at the 2024 Olympics and the championships at the 2024 CONCACAF Gold Cup. She was also a member of the 2023 Women’s World Cup team.
Fox has one goal and four assists while earning 78 caps for the U.S.
Since joining Arsenal, she has three goals across 93 appearances.
“I’m so happy to be extending my stay here,” Fox said in a press release. “This has felt like home since the moment I joined, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to continue to represent this club and compete for titles.
