Kevin Stenlund, Nate Schmidt, Nick Schmaltz and Clayton Keller each had a goal and an assist for the Utah Mammoth in a 5-4 win over the Pittsburgh Penguins on Monday night in Salt Lake City.

Kailer Yamamoto also scored, and Sebastian Cossa made 15 saves for the Mammoth, who have won four of their last five.

Erik Karlsson and Rickard Rakell each had a goal and an assist, Bryan Rust had two assists, Egor Chinakhov and Declan Carlile also scored, and Arturs Silovs made 24 saves for the Penguins, who have lost four in a row and seven of eight (1-6-1).

Pittsburgh went on a power play 19 seconds into the game and scored when a slap shot by Karlsson from above the left circle banked off the skate of Utah defenseman MacKenzie Weegar and into his own net, giving Pittsburgh a 1-0 lead at 1:11.

Keller tied it 1-1 at 6:00 after teammate Lawson Crouse chased down a loose puck in the corner of the offensive zone. He made a spinning pass to Keller cutting toward the front of the crease and he scored with a backhand from in close.

The Mammoth moved ahead 2-1 at 10:10 of the first.

Silovs made a left pad save on a shot from above the left hash marks by Mikhail Sergachev, but the rebound came out diagonally to Stenlund, who pushed in the rebound.

The Penguins tied it 2-2 with another power-play goal at 7:01 of the second period.

Rakell received a pass to the side of the Utah crease with time and space to spin and shove the puck into the far side.

The Mammoth moved back ahead 3-2 at 11:44 of the second on a one-timer from Schmidt from just inside the blue line. They expanded the lead to 4-2 at 14:40 when Yamamoto got behind Chinakhov off a rush and scored on Schmidt’s feed.

Schmaltz scored his NHL-leading fifth-power play goal on a second-chance backhand from in front of the crease to make it 5-2 at 1:36 of the third.

Chinakhov got behind Weegar and scored to trim it to 5-3 at 2:55, and Carlile put in a rebound to make it 5-4 at 14:55.
