CF Montreal announced the signings Wednesday of two teenage Quebec midfielders to their first pro contracts.
Alessandro Biello, 17, agreed to a two-year homegrown player deal with options in 2026, 2027 and 2028.
Matteo Schiavoni, 18, was acquired from Bologna FC and agreed to a one-season deal with three option years.
Biello is a CF Montreal Academy product who played in nine games in Ligue1 Quebec during the 2023 season.
Schiavoni, also an academy alumnus, previously competed in the Primavera 1 league for Bologna. He will be on loan to Forge FC of the Canadian Premier League for the 2024 season.
