Desmond Bane scored 30 points on 10-for-17 shooting, and the Orlando Magic held on for a 119-92 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday afternoon in Minneapolis.

Paolo Banchero recorded a double-double with 25 points and 15 rebounds for Orlando, which won its third game in a row. Jalen Suggs added 14 points and made a trio of 3-pointers.

Anthony Edwards scored 34 points and shot 5 of 9 from beyond the arc to lead Minnesota. Julius Randle finished with 14 points and nine rebounds, and Naz Reid scored 13 points off the bench.

Orlando shot 46.2% (42 of 91) overall and 26.5% (9 of 34) from 3-point range. Minnesota shot a paltry 35.7% (30 of 84) from the field and 22.5% (9 of 40) from long distance.

The Magic outscored the Timberwolves 29-14 in the fourth quarter to seal the victory. Bane scored 10 points in the fourth quarter and made all four of his shots from the field.

Orlando opened the fourth quarter on a 10-2 run to seize a 100-80 advantage. Bane started the run when he drove to the lane for a layup, and Suggs punctuated it with a 3-pointer off an assist from Noah Penda.

The Magic led 90-78 at the start of the fourth quarter.

Orlando ballooned its lead to as many as 20 points late in the third. Tristan da Silva made a layup to give the Magic an 85-65 advantage with 3:45 remaining in the session.

Minnesota responded with an 11-3 run to cut the deficit to 88-76 with 1:03 left in the third quarter. Edwards scored the first seven points during the run by making four free throws and knocking down a step-back 3-pointer.

Orlando built a 60-50 lead at the half.

Magic guard Anthony Black left the game in the first quarter because of a back injury and did not return. He finished with no points, one rebound and one steal in two minutes.
