Gillespie and O’Neal both connected on two treys during Phoenix’s ensuing 14-0 spurt that opened up a 76-63 lead midway through the quarter.

Allen drilled a 3-pointer to make it a 17-point lead in the final minute of the quarter, and the Suns eventually took a 90-75 lead into the fourth.

Ighodaro’s dunk made it 99-79 with 9:19 remaining, but Sacramento made a push later in the period. DeRozan’s three-point play and four straight points by Nique Clifford brought the Kings within 108-96 with 4:30 remaining.
