Ayo Dosunmu scored 23 points, grabbed nine rebounds and dished six assists, and the Minnesota Timberwolves cruised to a 147-111 win over the Utah Jazz on Wednesday night in Minneapolis.

Rudy Gobert registered a double-double with 21 points and 12 rebounds for Minnesota (43-27), which won for the second time in as many nights and for the third time in four games. Julius Randle also finished with 21 points to go along with a game-high eight assists.

Brice Sensabaugh scored 41 points on 17-for-31 shooting from the field to lead Utah (20-49). Ace Bailey returned from the league’s concussion protocol to score 17 points and make five 3-pointers, and Isaiah Collier finished with 14 points and a team-high six assists.

Utah trimmed the deficit to seven early in the third quarter. Kyle Filipowski made a pair of free throws to pull the Jazz within 72-65 with 10:33 to go in the session.

The Timberwolves responded with a 13-3 run to seize an 85-68 lead with 7:59 remaining in the third. Gobert made a putback layup to start the run, which also included 3-pointers by Jaden McDaniels and Randle.

The rout continued in the fourth quarter as the Timberwolves built their lead to 38. Rookie Joan Beringer made a dunk to give Minnesota a 133-95 lead with 5:26 remaining.

Minnesota jumped to a 72-58 lead at the half.

Sensabaugh led all scorers with 23 points before the break. Randle paced the Timberwolves with 16 points in the first half and made six of eight shots from the field.

The Timberwolves played their second consecutive game without leading scorer Anthony Edwards, who is expected to miss at least 1-2 weeks because of inflammation in his right knee.

Naz Reid also missed the game for Minnesota. He sprained his ankle Tuesday against the Phoenix Suns, and although he returned after the injury, the team decided to rest him in the finale of a back-to-back set of games.
