David Pastrnak and Marat Khusnutdinov each had a goal and an assist for the visiting Boston Bruins in a 4-1 win against the Los Angeles Kings on Saturday night.

Elias Lindholm and JJ Peterka scored empty-net goals, and Jeremy Swayman made 25 saves for the Bruins, who have won five in a row, including a 4-2 win at the Anaheim Ducks on Friday night.

Alex Laferriere scored and Anton Forsberg made 24 saves for the Kings, who fell to 0-4-2. Los Angeles’ winless start is its longest since opening the 1984-85 season with a 0-6-3 record.

Khusnutdinov scored the go-ahead goal at 13:36 of the third period before the Bruins tacked on two empty-netters.

Khusnutdinov’s goal was set up after Morgan Geekie took a wrist shot off the rush from the left circle that hit Forsberg up high. He was unable to cover the rebound before the puck ended up in the crease, where Khusnutdinov pushed it across the goal line for a 2-1 lead.

Lindholm scored into an empty net during 5-on-4 play with 1:58 remaining to make it 3-1, and Peterka hit the empty net with 18 seconds left for a 4-1 lead.

The Kings, who have been held to one goal in each of their past four games, scored their lone goal 31 seconds into the game.

Swayman was handcuffed by Laferriere’s tip off a point shot and the rebound came out to the bottom of the left circle. Kings forward Adrian Kempe skated in and made a touch pass to Laferriere in front of the crease, and he pushed the puck past Swayman for a 1-0 lead.

The Bruins tied it 1-1 at 2:43 of the second.

Kings forward Joel Armia was in the offensive zone when he tried to make a pass back to defenseman Erik Gustafsson at the left point, but the puck got under Gustafsson’s stick.

Pastrnak sped by Gustafsson and reached the puck first to start a breakaway. The Kings’ Brandt Clarke was closing fast on Pastrnak when he took a wrist shot from the top of the right circle that beat Forsberg on the far side.

Pastrnak had scored his 423rd goal with Boston on Friday, moving past Brad Marchand for sole possession of fourth place in team history.
