The Washington Wizards signed guard Hamidou Diallo to a 10-day contract on Tuesday.
Diallo, 25, had been playing with the Wizards’ NBA G League affiliate, the Capital City Go-Go, and averaged 18.8 points, 7.7 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 20 games (16 starts).
He has played for the Oklahoma City Thunder (2018-21) and Detroit Pistons (2021-23). Diallo has averaged 8.6 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 263 games (44 starts).
The Brooklyn Nets selected him with the 45th overall pick in the second round of the 2018 NBA Draft out of Kentucky.
The Wizards waived guard Ryan Rollins on Monday, creating an open spot on the 15-man roster.
