Cleveland Cavaliers forward Evan Mobley returned to the lineup Monday night against the visiting Los Angeles Clippers after missing 22 games with a left knee injury.
The appearance was Mobley’s first since playing against the Orlando Magic on Dec. 6. He underwent arthroscopic surgery on Dec. 18.
Mobley was initially listed as questionable for the game before being upgraded to available after the Monday shootaround.
The 6-foot-11 Mobley is averaging 16.0 points, 10.5 rebounds and 1.7 blocked shots in 21 games (all starts) this season.
Mobley, 22, was the No. 3 overall pick of the 2021 draft. He has career scoring averages of 15.7 points and 8.9 rebounds in 169 career games.
