Florida coach Todd Golden agreed to a two-year extension that keeps him under contract through the 2029-30 season, according to multiple reports on Thursday.
Reports say Golden will receive a raise to over $4 million per season.
Golden signed a six-year, $18 million deal when he became coach of the Gators in 2022.

This season, Florida is 21-10 entering Thursday’s Southeastern Conference tournament second-round matchup with Georgia.
The Gators are considered a shoo-in for the NCAA Tournament no matter how they fare this week in Nashville, Tenn.
Before being hired by Florida, Golden went 57-36 in three seasons at San Francisco and guided the Dons into the 2022 NCAA Tournament.
Overall, he has a 94-63 in five seasons as a head coach.
