Free agent guard Landry Shamet agreed to a one-year deal with the New York Knicks, his agent told ESPN on Saturday.
Financial terms were not disclosed by the network after its exchange with GSL Sports Group, Shamet’s representation.
Shamet, 27, averaged 7.1 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 46 games (five starts) last season with the Washington Wizards.
He has contributed 8.7 points and shot 38.4 percent from 3-point range in 348 career games (97 starts) with the Philadelphia 76ers, Los Angeles Clippers, Brooklyn Nets, Phoenix Suns and Wizards.
