Angel City FC goalkeeper Hannah Stambaugh agreed to a new one-year contract for the 2025 season, the NWSL club announced Wednesday.
The 25-year-old Tokyo native originally transferred to Angel City from Japan’s Omiya Ardija Ventus in 2024.
Stambaugh made her ACFC debut in a friendly against Mexico’s FC Juarez on Aug. 18.
“We are thrilled to announce the extension of Hannah’s contract for another year,” ACFC technical director Mark Wilson said. “Hannah exemplifies the professionalism, dedication, and cultural values that Angel City FC holds dear. Her attitude and application, both on and off the field, make her a key part of our immediate growth as a club.”
