Denver Broncos rookie running back Audric Estime was inactive for the team’s AFC wild-card game against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday afternoon in Orchard Park, N.Y.
Estime, 21, rushed 76 times for 310 yards and two touchdowns in 13 games since being selected by Denver in the fifth round of the 2024 NFL Draft.
The Broncos are expected to lean on Javonte Williams and Jaleel McLaughlin in the running game.
Third quarterback Zach Wilson, running back Blake Watson, linebacker Levelle Bailey, guard Nick Gargiulo and defensive lineman Eyioma Uwazurike also were inactive for Denver.
As for the Bills, they listed the following players are inactive: third quarterback Mike White, cornerback Kaiir Elam, safety Kareem Jackson, return man Brandon Codrington, offensive lineman Ryan Van Demark, defensive tackle DeWayne Carter and wide receiver Jalen Virgil.
