Kicker Brandon McManus agreed to a three-year, $15.3 million contract to return to the Green Bay Packers, according to multiple reports Tuesday.
The veteran spent the first nine seasons of his career with the Denver Broncos, where he appeared in 144 games. He won Super Bowl 50 with the organization.
After a one-year stint with the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Packers signed the veteran kicker in October 2024.
In 11 games, McManus made 20 out of his 21 field goal attempts, including going a perfect 3-for-3 from 50+ yards. In addition, he converted all 30 of his extra-point attempts.
During the Packers’ wild-card matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles, McManus did miss a 38-yard attempt. It was his first missed field goal in the postseason; for his career, he is 11-for-12.
With an average annual salary of $5.1 million, McManus will be tied with Buffalo’s Tyler Bass for the 10th-highest paid kicker in the NFL.
