LIV Golf filled the final hole in its 2026 schedule by announcing the league will return to Korea with an event at the Asiad Country Club in Busan from May 28-31.

Bryson DeChambeau won the individual and team titles at LIV Golf Korea in 2025, which was contested at the Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea in Incheon. The 2026 event slides in between LIV Golf Virginia from May 7-10 and LIV Golf Andalucia from June 4-7.

The move to Asiad is part of a multi-year deal. It deepens the league’s commitment to Korea, with the league rebranding the Iron Heads Golf Club to the Korean Golf Club for 2026 and adding Korean players Ben An and Min-kyu Kim to the team while releasing captain Kevin Na.

Located in the country’s second largest city, Asiad has previously played host to the BMW Ladies Championship as well as the 2002 Asian Games.

“Bringing LIV Golf back to Korea, and to Busan for the first time, is an important next step for the league and for our fans here,” LIV Golf CEO Scot O’Neill said. “The appetite for LIV Golf continues to grow, and Asiad Country Club, and the city of Busan gives us a venue that meets our ambitions for the event, both competitively and culturally in Korea. We’re excited to build on the momentum from our debut last season and deliver another memorable week for Korean fans.”
