VJ Edgecombe, Quentin Grimes and Justin Edwards combined for 97 points, Andre Drummond came off the bench to produce a double-double and the visiting Philadelphia 76ers thumped the Sacramento Kings 139-118 on Thursday night.

Edgecombe, taking over leadership of the team in the absence of Joel Embiid, Paul George and Tyrese Maxey, paced the win with 38 points, the top total of his rookie season. Edwards put up a career-high 32 and Grimes went for 27, propelling the 76ers (38-32) to a third win in the past four games.

Kings rookie Maxime Raynaud missed his season best by two points on a 30-point night for the hosts, who rallied from an early 14-point deficit to go up 54-51 on a Malik Monk 10-footer in the middle of the second period.

The 76ers regained control with a 9-1 burst to close the half with a 71-62 lead, then gradually pulled away over the final 24 minutes en route to equaling their biggest point total of the season.

Edgecombe shot 16-for-28 from the floor and Edwards went 7-for-11 on 3-point attempts as the 76ers scorched the net for 50.0% shooting overall and 47.2% from deep.

The Kings lost despite making 48.3% of their shots. Raynaud went 11-for-17 overall and 3-for-4 from beyond the arc.

Daeqwon Plowden had 20 points, DeMar DeRozan 13, Precious Achiuwa 12, and Russell Westbrook and Doug McDermott 11 apiece for the Kings (18-53), who lost their second in a row.
