Royal Never Give Up revealed their roster entering the 2020 LPL Spring Split that includes the return of bot laner Jian “Uzi” Zi-Hao.
RNG had tested out a substitute at the Demacia Cup, with former Flash Wolves jungler Lu “Betty” Yu-Hung in the bot lane. RNG went on to win the event, beating EDward Gaming 3-1 in the final.
However, Uzi will return to his starting role to begin the Spring Split, with Betty a substitute at AD Carry. They will be joined by jungler Xie “Langx” Zhen-Ying, Li “XLB” Xiao-Long, mid laner Li “Xiaohu” Yuan-Hao and support Shi “Ming” Sen-Ming in starting roles, with Zhang “Yuekai” Yue-Kai a substitute in the top lane.

RNG parted ways with four players since the end of last season, including Hung “Karsa” Hao-Hsuan, who had been with the team since the end of 2017. Karsa has since joined Top Esports.
After finishing second in the Summer Playoffs last year, RNG went on to place 9-12th at Worlds 2019 with a starting team of Langx, Karsa, Xiaohu, Uzi and Ming.
