UFC Fight Night returns to the United Kingdom in March for its first event across the pond in three years.
UFC president Dana White made the announcement on Wednesday.
“Every time we put on an event in London it’s an unbelievable experience. The fans are incredible, and the fights are always off the charts,” White said. “It’s a different kind of energy in England. And I can’t wait to get back there with a fight card on March 19th.”
There were plans to hold another UFC event in 2020 before the coronavirus pandemic began.
UFC 147 was a hit in March 2019 with Jorge Masvidal stealing the show in a slugfest with Liverpool’s Darren Till.
The March 2022 event is the 12th UFC event in the UK.
