Falcons, FURIA advance to BLAST Rivals Fall semifinals

Team Falcons and FURIA won their respective groups Thursday and advanced to the semifinals of the $350,000 BLAST Rivals Fall 2025 event in Hong Kong.

Four other teams advanced to Friday’s single-elimination playoff quarterfinals while The MongolZ and TYLOO were both eliminated.

Falcons swept Group A runner-up Passion UA with a 13-11 win on Train and a 13-10 victory on Mirage. Spirit claimed third place in Group A with a sweep of The MongolZ, winning 13-6 on Dust II and 13-10 on Ancient.

FURIA defeated Group B runner-up Vitality 2-1, sandwiching a 13-11 win on Nuke and a 13-5 win on Inferno around a 16-13 loss on Overpass. paiN Gaming took third in Group B with a 2-1 decision against TYLOO, wrapping a 13-7 win on Nuke and a 13-10 victory on Overpass around a 13-9 defeat on Ancient.

All matches are best-of-three until Sunday’s best-of-five grand final, where the winner earns a top prize of $125,000.
