KT Rolster swept CTBC Flying Oyster on Wednesday to move into the Knockout Stage semifinals at the $5 million League of Legends 2025 World Championship in Beijing.
KT Rolster won in 33 minutes on blue, 25 minutes on red and 29 minutes on blue to eliminate CTBC Flying Oyster and set up a semifinal clash with Gen.G Esports.
South Korea’s Gwak “Bdd” Bo-sung was the match MVP for KT Rolster, who reached the playoffs by winning all three of their matches in the Swiss Stage.
The Knockout Stage is a single-elimination bracket in which all matches are best-of-five. The champion of the Nov. 9 grand final will earn $1 million, with $800,000 going to the runner-up.
