MOUZ will face FaZe Clan and NAVI will meet Team Vitality on Saturday, chasing the $500,000 first prize at the $1 million Counter-Strike 2 tournament in Abu Dhabi.
G2 opened with a 16-13 overtime victory on Anubis but NAVI responded with 13-11 and 13-6 wins on Inferno and Nuke, respectively. Ukraine’s Valeriy “b1t” Vakhovskiy led NAVI with 57 kills and a plus-15 kills-deaths differential.
MOUZ steamrolled Cloud9, winning 13-1 on Mirage and 13-7 on Ancient. Poland’s Kamil “siuhy” Szkaradek led MOUZ with 32 kills and a plus-16 kills-deaths differential.
