Jimi “Jimpphat” Salo has been promoted from MOUZ NXT to the German organization’s main squad in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive play on Tuesday.
Jimpphat, 16, is the younger brother of Jere “sergej” Salo. The Finland native joined MOUZ NXT in March 2022 and helped the club capture a WePlay Academy League title.
“I’m really happy and excited to tell you that i’m now part of the main team. It’s been a long ride and now it’s my biggest step so far!” Jimpphat wrote on Twitter.
He joins a MOUZ roster that includes David “frozen” Cernansky of Slovakia, Kamil “siuhy” Szkaradek of Poland, Adam “torzsi” Torzsas of Hungary, Dorian “xertioN” Berman of Israel and coach Dennis “sycrone” Nielsen.
