Team Falcons have reclaimed the Club Championship lead entering the final week of the Esports World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Only three teams still have a realistic shot in the chase for the $7 million first prize. Team Falcons did not win a title last week and failed to earn points in Teamfight Tactics and TEKKEN 8, but the defending champions did secure third-place finishes in PUBG and Rocket League to move back ahead of Team Liquid.
Team Liquid have three titles at the 2025 EWC but remain 500 points behind Team Falcons. Team Liquid is competing in all three remaining games, setting the stage for a dramatic end to the Club Championship.
Team Vitality remain in the hunt in third place, but they would need to win the Counter-Strike 2 title while having Team Falcons earn no additional points and Team Liquid earn no more than 600. Twisted Minds and Virtus.pro are tied in fourth place and technically remain alive, but are massive longshots as they sit 1,500 points behind Team Falcons.
For Virtus.pro, they would need a tournament win to even become eligible to win the Club Championship.
