Team Spirit recorded a 3-0 victory over The MongolZ in the grand final of the BLAST Bounty Fall event on Sunday in Malta.
Spirit posted a 13-11 win on Nuke, 16-13 triumph on Mirage and 13-5 victory on Ancient in the $480,000 Counter-Strike 2 tournament. Team Spirit pocketed $287,812.50 for earning top honors in the event.
Danil “donk” Kryshkovets registered 65 kills and fellow Russian Dmitry “sh1ro” Sokolov had a plus-22 kills-to-death differential for Spirit.
The MongolZ were paced by Azbayar “Senzu” Munkhbold and Sodbayar “Techno” Munkhbold with 47 and 45 kills, respectively.
Eight teams selected from a closed qualifier began the event on Thursday, competing in a single-elimination bracket.
