Team Tidebound revel in ‘joyful victory’ at Clavision Masters

Team Tidebound highlighted their sterling performance on Sunday by posting a 3-2 victory over Tundra Esports in the grand final of the Clavision Masters 2025: Snow-Ruyi in Zhangjiakou, China.

Team Tidebound recorded a 2-0 victory over Xtreme Gaming in the lower-bracket final of the Dota2 tournament to set up their encounter with Tundra Esports.

Tundra Esports, on red throughout the final, got off on the right foot with a 35-minute win before Team Tidebound countered with victories in 45 and 36 minutes. Tundra answered with a 46-minute triumph before Tidebound notched a win in 44 minutes to capture the $213,500 first-place prize.

“This is our first championship since our founding in July of this year, and it’s a victory on home turf in China,” Team Tidebound wrote on X, formerly Twitter. “Bringing this joyful victory to this familiar land is incredibly meaningful to us. This championship trophy embodies the unity, collaboration, and tireless efforts of all our team members. It’s not only a powerful testament to our recent training and competition achievements, but also gives us immense confidence as we prepare for Ti.”

In the earlier contest, Team Tidebound dispatched Xtreme Gaming courtesy of 42- and 32-minute victories. Tundra had sent Tidebound to the lower bracket with a sweep Saturday in the upper-bracket final.
