Thomas Harley scored in overtime as the Dallas Stars beat the Winnipeg Jets 4-3 at home Monday night to extend their winning streak to five games.

Mikko Rantanen had a goal and an assist while Jason Robertson and Nils Lundkvist also scored goals for Dallas. Matt Duchene and Miro Heiskanen each had a pair of assists. Stars netminder Jake Oettinger made 24 saves

Gabriel Vilardi and Cole Perfetti both had a goal and an assist for the Jets. Logan Stanley also scored. Mark Scheifele picked up two helpers and goalie Connor Hellebuyck made 24 stops in the loss.

The first period ended scoreless with shots even at 8-8. Winnipeg went 0-for-2 on the power play, and a minor penalty to Jonathan Toews carried over into the second period.

Dallas opened the scoring 48 seconds into the second while Toews remained in the box. Rantanen sent the puck to the front of the net off a cycle, where Robertson redirected it past Hellebuyck.

Winnipeg tied the game 1:38 later when Perfetti’s shot rebounded off Oettinger to Vilardi, who swept the loose puck into the net. The Jets took a 2-1 lead 1:32 after that on the power play, with Vilardi finding Perfetti in the slot.

Dallas later had a 5-on-3 power play for 1:14 after penalties to Luke Schenn and Morgan Barron. Winnipeg killed it off, but the Stars tied the game at 2-2 with 4:47 left in the second when a Duchene shot created an uncontrolled puck that Lundkvist snapped home.

The Stars regained the lead with 7:43 remaining in regulation when Rantanen beat Schenn and finished past Hellebuyck to make it 3-2.

With their net empty, the Jets tied the game when Stanley’s slap shot from the point beat Oettinger with 1:43 remaining, making it 3-3.

Harley scored on a backhand in overtime at 2:05 to give the Stars a 4-3 win.
