Moses Moody hit a key 3-pointer in overtime before sustaining a knee injury as the Golden State Warriors concluded a six-game trip with a 137-131 victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Monday night.

Moody finished with 23 points for the Warriors (34-38), who put eight players in double figures while earning just their second victory on the trek.

Golden State’s Kristaps Porzingis returned to one of his old homes to log 22 points, Brandin Podziemski had 20 and Gary Payton II added 17.

Cooper Flagg had a game-high 32 points for the Mavericks (23-49). Dallas rallied from an 11-point, fourth-quarter deficit to have the final shot of regulation, but Naji Marshall couldn’t connect on a 25-footer with the clock winding down.

The Warriors then scored the first seven points of overtime, with two free throws apiece by Podziemski and Gui Santos sandwiching Moody’s fourth 3-pointer of the game.

Golden State led 136-131 when Moody stole the ball from Flagg and headed for a clinching dunk with 1:09 to go. However, the fifth-year forward, who had missed the previous 10 straight games with a sprained right wrist, had his right knee crumble beneath him as he attempted to elevate for the hoop, with the shot not reaching the rim.

Moody had to be stretchered off the floor after the Golden State medical staff attended to his left knee.

The Warriors were able to hold on for just the second win in their past 10 games by holding Dallas scoreless the rest of the way.

The Mavericks never led in the fourth quarter but drew even at 126-all on a 3-pointer by Max Christie with 1:16 remaining.

Porzingis, a three-year member of the Mavericks, hit seven of his 17 shots and a pair of 3-pointers while also finding time for seven rebounds and five assists.

Podziemski completed a double-double with a game-high 10 rebounds. His six assists tied Draymond Green, who also had 11 points and seven rebounds, for team-high honors.

Santos (16 points), LJ Cryer (14) and Will Richard (12) also scored in double figures for Golden State, which remained 1 1/2 games behind Portland in their duel for the ninth play-in spot in the Western Conference.

Flagg also had a game-high nine assists to complement his eighth 30-point effort of the season.

Daniel Gafford backed Flagg with 20 points and a team-high seven rebounds, while Marshall had 16 points. Christie and former Warriors star Klay Thompson put up 15 points apiece.
